What this team does
Finds people for clinical research jobs and helps people find the right job.
Works for CROs, sponsors and sites, inside a company or at an agency.
Knows what a role really needs, which is not always what the advert says.
A day here
- 8:30A sponsor needs two senior CRAs in a region with almost none free.
- 10:00Call a coordinator who wants to be a CRA. She has four years and great references.
- 11:30The hiring manager says no because she has never monitored. You ask for an interview anyway.
- 14:00Interview prep with her: what CRAs actually do in week one.
- 16:30The manager says yes to a junior CRA role with training. You call her first.
