Summary

Trial City is a free city for people who work in clinical research. This paper says what we collect, what we do with it, where AI is used, and how long we keep things. It is the privacy policy in plain words.

What a spot is

A display name, a function, where you work (segment), a city and country, how often you travel, and an email we never show. A founding number that is never reused. A device token that proves it is you; a recovery link by email if you lose it. No password.

What we never collect

Patient or participant data; study, sponsor or site details; passwords; your employer's name unless you write it; advertising trackers. We note the link that brought you here (the campaign tag and the referring site's name) so we know which post worked.

What is public

Your display name, number, function, and city once your city has opened. Your email, never. Your country and city are counted before a city opens, not shown by name against you.

How cities open

A city opens at 10 residents. Until then residents see counts, not names.

How Ask the city works

Questions and answers are public under your display name. Answers with links to official bodies get an Official source tag. A sourced answer can become a reference card, drafted by AI and approved by a person at City Hall. Cards show their source and the date they were checked. Cards are not advice.

How News works

We fetch public feeds from FDA, EMA, MHRA, the Federal Register and WHO. AI sorts items for relevance and topic and writes a short summary and a why-it-matters line from the publisher's page. We never store the page. If you set topics and regions, we rank for you; we record which items you open and what you post, for that ranking only.

Email

Nothing is sent unless you turn a kind on in My spot, except the recovery link you ask for and the notice that your city opened. One click stops each kind.

Deleting

You delete your spot yourself from My spot, at once. Your questions and answers stay as "a former resident" so threads stay whole. Votes, preferences, reading history and marks are removed.

Keeping

We keep your spot while you hold it. Connection information used to limit abuse is kept only as long as that needs.

Who runs it

Kirabi Works, Inc., based in Washington, DC. Trial City is one of its brands. Contact: rudy@boraka.co.

Limitations

This paper describes the product as released on the date above. Features named as opening later are not covered until they open. Not legal advice; the Terms and Privacy pages govern.
