Verastem reports ‘robust’ response rate in pancreatic cancer subgroup where Rasonque struggled

The report says Revolution Medicines’ newly approved pancreatic cancer treatment produced a 24% response rate with frequent side effects in the G12D subgroup. It says Mizuho views these findings as supporting priority for a more targeted agent such as Verastem’s VS-7375.
